The coaching staff of MARAZZINO protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Yusuf Ziya Gökçek had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. A collision led to MARAZZINO getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Yusuf Ziya Gökçek hit a great ball. Xamín Angeloni could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 36th minute of the match, but Taha Taşkın made a huge save. Taha Taşkın made an important save on a dangerous shot by Zenaido Davison in the 43rd minute. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. In the 86th minute, Edgar Villamayor made a precise shot to the right of Taha Taşkın. MARAZZINO's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 7-0. Taško Kral received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Tito Queirolo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Nazario Alcantara kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. After some careless play in the MARAZZINO defense, Diego Armando Larrea kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Taha Taşkın. The MARAZZINO fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Taha Taşkın should have stopped the shot.
