The audience thought a goal was coming when Cordario Pierredonda got free with Jonathan Palmquist in the 11th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The supporters of Oylimpiamos Ψ booed when Granate was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cosme Alonso didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 36th minute, Oylimpiamos Ψ's Tomáš Pápay dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-1. In the 65th minute Cordario Pierredonda shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Palmquist saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rosalio Larrinoa in the 67th minute of play forced Granate's goalkeeper Jonathan Palmquist to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Oylimpiamos Ψ fans' excitement grew in the 70th match minute when Oylimpiamos Ψ's Cordario Pierredonda looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 74th minute Cordario Pierredonda shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Palmquist saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ruperto Roldanillo kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Granate walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
