Spectators: 169 (Terracing: 127, Seating: 39, VIP seats: 3) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Iskren Drazhev started the match with the kick off. In the 3rd minute of the match, Levi Van Laeck tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Brunko Chemshirov saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Gregorie Allaert kicked well hit freekick during the 4th minute of the match. Sergio Coomans took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Iskren Drazhev, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Brunko Chemshirov made an important save on a dangerous shot by Siebe Dejonghe in the 12th minute. If Iskren Drazhev had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Genk's Sergio Coomans played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Iskren Drazhev in the 14th minute of play. 15 minutes into the match, Iskren Drazhev had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Sergio Coomans. Genk's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Iskren Drazhev was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. 19 minutes into the match, Temida Sf's Iskren Drazhev sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Sergio Coomans narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Levi Van Laeck during the 21st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 21 played minutes Genk got a freekick which was hit by Levi Van Laeck. Evrosi Darakchiev took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 22nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Sergio Coomans. Genk's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Siebe Dejonghe in the 25th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Brunko Chemshirov prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a rather tough play, Temida Sf's Rafail Lozenski got a free kick in the 28th minute. Dyllen Van der Roost hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. Sergio Coomans didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Iskren Drazhev went, in the 34th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. Brunko Chemshirov made a fantastic save in the 40th minute, when Gregorie Allaert sent off a good shot on target. In the 43rd match minute, Temida Sf was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dinko Ormandzhiev to maneuver through the defense. Iskren Drazhev scored 0-4 in the 45th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Sergio Coomans, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-4.

The wind increased when Siebe Dejonghe made the kick off in the second half. Dinko Ormandzhiev received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 50th minute. Sergio Coomans tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Genk getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Siebe Dejonghe hit a great ball. When Genk's Tim-Jan Huvenaerts in the 54th minute got a chance for a shot 54th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Temida Sf's goalie prevented a goal. Temida Sf were awarded a corner in the 57th minute after Genk's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Evrosi Darakchiev took the corner. In the 58th minute, Iskren Drazhev reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Sergio Coomans. The goal made the score 0-5. Toma Tzurev kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. After 64 minutes, Charly Tombuer mouthed his way into the referee's book. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pavel Kenov in the 82nd minute of play forced Genk's goalkeeper Sergio Coomans to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 84 minutes into the game, Pavel Kenov cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-7. Sergio Coomans was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Sergio Coomans had great luck who in the 87thth minute grab hold of the ball when Pavel Kenov from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. 93 minutes into the game, Goran Istatkov was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Temida Sf's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Genk the free kick. A collision led to Temida Sf getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Goran Istatkov hit a great ball. When the final whistle sounded Temida Sf left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Genk.
