A hard shot by Per-Åke Albohm from long distance, 94 minutes into the match, got Alvaro Rudolfo's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. 96 minutes into the match, Nadie nos Para's Per-Åke Albohm sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Alvaro Rudolfo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Coritiba Foot Ball Club's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
