If André Castilho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Tito Borubar didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Benedito Figueiras went, in the 6th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. An unexpectedly hard shot by Graciano Flores in the 13th minute of play forced Natural Born Killers's goalkeeper Tito Borubar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Campus Douro Academy's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Sálvio Baldaia in the 15th minute. The corner led to Campus Douro Academy's André Castilho getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. A nice corner shot did that Sálvio Baldaia got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Tito Borubar quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Radomir Jurgiel charged in rather forcefully in the 30th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Radomir Jurgiel the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 30 played minutes Natural Born Killers got a freekick which was hit by Radomir Jurgiel. Benedito Figueiras struck a weak shot in the 31st minute. Tito Borubar didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Campus Douro Academy. With an all-out effort, Campus Douro Academy's Tito Borubar threw himself towards the right post 32 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from André Castilho, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Tito Borubar made an important save on a dangerous shot by Benedito Figueiras in the 33rd minute. In the 35th minute Graciano Flores shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tito Borubar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Graciano Flores in the 38th minute of play forced Natural Born Killers's goalkeeper Tito Borubar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Graciano Flores to make the kick off. When the match clock showed 54 minutes, the score became 4-0 when Graciano Flores sped through Natural Born Killers's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Tito Borubar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Graciano Flores in the 57th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tito Borubar prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Natural Born Killers's Tito Borubar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Graciano Flores in the 58th minute of play. Tito Borubar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from André Castilho in the 60th minute of play. 62 minutes into the match, Natural Born Killers's goal looked a bit too open when Benedito Figueiras came free, but Tito Borubar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tito Borubar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Graciano Flores in the 64th minute of play. Natural Born Killers's Tito Borubar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by André Castilho in the 66th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Graciano Flores in the 68th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tito Borubar saved Natural Born Killers from getting behind. A collision led to Natural Born Killers getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Slawomir Spychalski hit a great ball. After having played for 76 minutes, Benedito Figueiras managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Campus Douro Academy's supporters crossed their fingers, but Benedito Figueiras was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Campus Douro Academy's Cassiano Arruda was substituted for Hildeberto Palhares. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Benedito Figueiras in the 79th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tito Borubar prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Tito Borubar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Furtado in the 81st minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 87th minute, Ramon Ramon managed to get in a good position for a shot. Natural Born Killers's supporters rose to their feet, but Ramon Ramon was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Carlos Coelho breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. There was no doubt that Campus Douro Academy were the better team. Campus Douro Academy's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
