Weltevedren's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Julio Gudesteo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. Lucas Perri made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eugenio Steven in the 30th minute of play. Luis Landaburu made a fantastic save in the 36th minute, when Ettore Biavati sent off a good shot on target. 36 minutes into the match, Atlético y Tiro Rqta's goalkeeper Luis Landaburu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ettore Biavati. In the 39th minute Manuel Isusko shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lucas Perri saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Atlético y Tiro Rqta's Moises Diagur got a free kick in the 44th minute. Luis Landaburu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ennio Amadei, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-1 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ennio Amadei stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Amedeo Petrini in the 54th minute of play forced Atlético y Tiro Rqta's goalkeeper Luis Landaburu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 崔皓常 struck a weak shot in the 56th minute. Luis Landaburu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Weltevedren. After 58 minutes, Christian De Lellis mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Weltevedren and the Atlético y Tiro Rqta players grew even worse after the yellow card.
