In the 10th minute, Hervé Trouche ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Grzegorz Cichowski was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Grzegorz Cichowski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hervé Trouche in the 13th minute of play. FC Cavia Pyskowice's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Jojo Cavia in the 14th minute. A collision led to FC Cavia Pyskowice getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Miska Cavia hit a great ball. Grzegorz Cichowski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Miska Cavia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, FC Cavia Pyskowice's Radomir Burdalski got control of the ball when Erik Exposito tried to sneak it across the goal line. KP Primator Oława's Grzegorz Cichowski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hervé Trouche in the 31st minute of play. In the 41st match minute, FC Cavia Pyskowice was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hervé Trouche to maneuver through the defense. When Hervé Trouche came up free with the goalie in the 44th minute, the FC Cavia Pyskowice fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hervé Trouche couldn't finish the play. The KP Primator Oława players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. FC Cavia Pyskowice were winning 0-2.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Erik Exposito to strike the kick off in the second half. Radomir Burdalski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Artur Puch, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 58th minute, Edgar Dawiec hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Hervé Trouche received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Grzegorz Cichowski came out and tried to block the shot, but Hervé Trouche slotted it home off the left post making it 0-3 in the 59th minute. Hervé Trouche struck a weak shot in the 62nd minute. Grzegorz Cichowski didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Cavia Pyskowice. KP Primator Oława's Grzegorz Cichowski proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 68th minute of the match, managed to save KP Primator Oława from getting a goal against them. Hervé Trouche might have been able to make a better finish in the 71st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Grzegorz Cichowski. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Hervé Trouche ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 71st minute Hervé Trouche shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Grzegorz Cichowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Hervé Trouche had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After 74 minutes, Hervé Trouche made it 0-4 with a short kick to the right side. KP Primator Oława's Grzegorz Cichowski tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. FC Cavia Pyskowice made a substitution. Slawomir Frenzel replaced Milosz Walentowicz. The FC Cavia Pyskowice supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing FC Cavia Pyskowice would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
