FC Cavia Pyskowice's Mikolaj Pacholewski managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Jairo Azeari in the 57 minute of the game. In the 58th minute, Jairo Azeari hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 59th minute of the match Jojo Cavia sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Hilario Ubendu skillfully saved the ball. Hilario Ubendu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hervé Trouche, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Miska Cavia in the 63rd minute of play forced Gimnasia y tiro's goalkeeper Hilario Ubendu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
