Honorato Eutropio, 15 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Serafin Lalla didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Bulut Akman went, in the 20th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Fabio Filipo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Damian Barea couldn't finish the play.
