The referee ignored Silver Play 2's protests and gave Damazy Boruta a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Silver Play 2's Damazy Boruta got a free kick in the 16th minute. Octavio Aballe struck a weak shot in the 17th minute. Tomás Lucila didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Deportivo Empate. Cordairo Abad showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Haroldo Corderun, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. Mariano Sandoval kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. The referee felt a red card was in order, 43 minutes into the game, when Xavierlada Abancens put in a rough tackle. The referee gave Silver Play 2 a penalty, 46 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Julian Abalos, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Deportivo Empate's Cordairo Abad. 0-3. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

Silver Play 2's Segundo Txurio was substituted for Haroldo Corderun. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Octavio Aballe to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Mikel Abello hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cordairo Abad was out of position in the 53 minute of play, and Damazy Boruta capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Damazy Boruta really showed his touch with that goal: 0-4. The supporters of Silver Play 2 booed when Deportivo Empate was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Xavon Abellaneda didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience was convinced that Xavon Abellaneda's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Tomás Lucila was relentless in the 64th minute of the game. In the 66th minute Octavio Aballe shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tomás Lucila saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Segundo Txurio in the 67th minute of play forced Deportivo Empate's goalkeeper Cordairo Abad to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Segundo Txurio kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Cordairo Abad. That made the score 0-8 in the 74 minute of play. Segundo Txurio received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Cordairo Abad came out and tried to block the shot, but Segundo Txurio slotted it home off the left post making it 0-9 in the 78th minute. Octavio Aballe recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 87th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Tomás Lucila took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Octavio Aballe, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Julian Abalos hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. The Deportivo Empate fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Silver Play 2 were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
