The coaching staff of The Valar protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Valeriu Păuceanu had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. After 9 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for The Valar! After having played for 14 minutes, Damian Dăscălescu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. The Valar's supporters crossed their fingers, but Damian Dăscălescu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Tulkas Vala sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Huarriors AFC's Fernando Oso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gandalf Grey in the 52nd minute of play. In the 58th minute, Huarriors AFC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Damian Dăscălescu fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Tulkas Vala's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Fernando Oso read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 60th minute of play. The Huarriors AFC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. The Valar were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
