Thomás Vides made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rastko Prolić in the 30th minute of play. In the 34th minute, Ninoslav Mijanović ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Thomás Vides was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Thomás Vides took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tatomir Dragutinović, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thornhill City were awarded a corner in the 37th minute after AS Maraschin Calcio CIMZ's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Stefan Bjelić took the corner. After taking down the ball on Thornhill City's corner Stefan Bjelić fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Thomás Vides quite easily take care of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ninoslav Mijanović in the 45th minute of play forced AS Maraschin Calcio CIMZ's goalkeeper Thomás Vides to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 47 minutes into the game, Ulisses Marquez cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Negovan Masulović was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ninoslav Mijanović made a kick off. Rastko Prolić showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-4. If Rastko Prolić had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nando Abraão kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. Ninoslav Mijanovićs short, quick shot in the 79thth minute got Thomás Vides to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. If Gilvan de Lara had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 84th match minute, Thornhill City was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tatomir Dragutinović to maneuver through the defense. When AS Maraschin Calcio CIMZ's Ulisses Marquez in the 86th minute got a chance for a shot 86th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie.
