In the 8th minute the ball was on its way in behind Sorci Viola's goalkeeper Cesare Simone, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 10th minute, Absoliut's Algitas Girkantas dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. Cesare Simone made an important save on a dangerous shot by Algitas Girkantas in the 15th minute. Sorci Viola's Cesare Simone proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 19th minute of the match, managed to save Sorci Viola from getting a goal against them. In the 20th minute, Šarūnas Žvigaitis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 22 minutes into the game, Algitas Girkantas cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Cesare Simone was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Absoliut's Vygandas Damašas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anfilogino Chiola in the 27th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Šarūnas Žvigaitis in the 31st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Cesare Simone saved Sorci Viola from getting behind. Absoliut's Vygandas Damašas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Felice Tozzi in the 33rd minute of play. Sorci Viola's Cesare Simone proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 36th minute of the match, managed to save Sorci Viola from getting a goal against them. 37 minutes into the match, Absoliut's goal looked a bit too open when Anfilogino Chiola came free, but Vygandas Damašas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 38 minutes into the match, Absoliut's Algitas Girkantas sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Cesare Simone narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 42nd minute Beppe Zoff shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vygandas Damašas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 44 minutes into the match, Absoliut's Algitas Girkantas sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Cesare Simone narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The Absoliut fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Šarūnas Žvigaitis to strike the kick off in the second half. With a little luck, Absoliut's Vygandas Damašas got control of the ball when Anfilogino Chiola tried to sneak it across the goal line. The supporters of Sorci Viola booed when Absoliut was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Caio Freitas didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 62nd match minute, Absoliut was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Caio Freitas to maneuver through the defense. Anfilogino Chiola recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 64th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Vygandas Damašas made a fantastic save in the 66th minute, when Anfilogino Chiola sent off a good shot on target. Absoliut's Vygandas Damašas proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 74th minute of the match, managed to save Absoliut from getting a goal against them. The audience thought a goal was coming when Anfilogino Chiola got free with Vygandas Damašas in the 76th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 78 minutes into the game, Absoliut's Algitas Girkantas nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Cesare Simone made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. After 81 minutes, Šarūnas Žvigaitis mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Absoliut and the Sorci Viola players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 81st minute, Šarūnas Žvigaitis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
