The supporters of GREEK ARMY booed when Amfithea Hotspur was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Giorgos Giannou didn't get a good kick on the ball. Babbis Theocharis was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Grigoris Karagiotakis showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 17 minute of play. GREEK ARMY's Vlassis Mellios was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Babbis Theocharis in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Babbis Theocharis was a little too slow when Vassilis Lazarakis got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 26th minute. The score was now 3-0. Grigoris Karagiotakis kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. In the 35th match minute, GREEK ARMY was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vassilis Lazarakis to maneuver through the defense. In the 37th minute, GREEK ARMY's Vrasidas Drambas ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Babbis Theocharis. Babbis Theocharis yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 4-0. Grigoris Karagiotakis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Babbis Theocharis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Kostas Kostopoulos was the one to do the kick off. Vassilis Lazarakis took the ball and in the 53 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Babbis Theocharis. Babbis Theocharis dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-0. 58 minutes into the game, GREEK ARMY's Grigoris Karagiotakis nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Babbis Theocharis made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-0. Vassilis Lazarakis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the match clock showed 67 minutes, the score became 7-0 when Grigoris Karagiotakis sped through Amfithea Hotspur's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Babbis Theocharis. Alkis Kalaboukas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kostas Kostopoulos in the 72nd minute of play. When Chrisostomos Charoulis fell near the penalty area in the 80th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Amfithea Hotspur's protests and gave Chrisostomos Charoulis a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Amfithea Hotspur getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Chrisostomos Charoulis hit a great ball. Stamatis Zindros scored 11-0 in the 88th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Babbis Theocharis, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. GREEK ARMY's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
