C.A.Independiente's Felipe Bizen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vítor Soares in the 3rd minute of play. 9 minutes into the match, C.A.Independiente's goal looked a bit too open when Vítor Soares came free, but Felipe Bizen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 21 minutes, Elias Petrigai mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the C.A.Independiente and the FIEL ALGUSTA players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to C.A.Independiente getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Elias Petrigai hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Vítor Soares got free with Felipe Bizen in the 23rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A collision led to FIEL ALGUSTA getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Lauro Medeiros hit a great ball. In the 32nd match minute, FIEL ALGUSTA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Enrique Fantini to maneuver through the defense. When the match had gone on for 34 minutes, Eugenio Pinto put it in 2-1 from a short distance just to the right of Raúl da Silveira. After 36 played minutes C.A.Independiente got a freekick which was hit by Rene Goyo. In the 44th match minute, C.A.Independiente was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Enrique Venerando to maneuver through the defense. 48 minutes into the game, Vítor Soares recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Felipe Bizen. Vítor Soares showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-1. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Denílson Tavares in the 57th minute of play forced C.A.Independiente's goalkeeper Felipe Bizen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of C.A.Independiente booed when FIEL ALGUSTA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Moisés Torres didn't get a good kick on the ball. Felipe Bizen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vítor Soares, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A throw-in in the 61st minute of the game was made by Marciano Sotero with Eugenio Pinto as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. When the match clock showed 64 minutes, the score became 4-1 when Vítor Soares sped through C.A.Independiente's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Felipe Bizen. After some fancy dribbling in the 70th minute, Denílson Tavares managed to get in a good position for a shot. FIEL ALGUSTA's supporters rose to their feet, but Denílson Tavares was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Felipe Bizen breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Vítor Soares received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Felipe Bizen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Vítor Soares sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, C.A.Independiente's Generoso Sidro got a free kick in the 78th minute. After 80 minutes, Vítor Soares made it 5-1 with a short kick to the right side. C.A.Independiente's Felipe Bizen tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. When the match had gone on for 84 minutes, Vítor Soares put it in 6-1 from a short distance just to the right of Felipe Bizen. 89 minutes into the game, Vítor Soares cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 7-1. Felipe Bizen was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 92 minutes into the match, FIEL ALGUSTA's Vítor Soares sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Felipe Bizen narrowly saved just below the crossbar. FIEL ALGUSTA walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
