The audience thought a goal was coming when Válbson Soeiro got free with Isac Drâmba in the 6th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Telmo Trigo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tudor Bodea, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. After a rather tough play, A.A. Francana's Válbson Soeiro got a free kick in the 16th minute. The supporters of Unicorns ™ booed when A.A. Francana was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Válbson Soeiro didn't get a good kick on the ball. Telmo Trigo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tudor Bodea, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Isac Drâmba didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Válbson Soeiro went, in the 27th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. João Adolfo Leite scored 3-0 in the 31st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Isac Drâmba, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by João Adolfo Leite in the 35th minute of play forced Unicorns ™'s goalkeeper Isac Drâmba to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Luiz Eduardo Rodrigues hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. Octavian Chivu hit a great ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tudor Bodea in the 43rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Telmo Trigo saved A.A. Francana from getting behind. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Tudor Bodea stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tudor Bodea got free with Telmo Trigo in the 53rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a defensive mix-up in A.A. Francana's zone, Codrin Boc stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Telmo Trigo came out of the goal and Codrin Boc tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 59 minutes into the match, Calistrat Mihalcea had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Telmo Trigo. A.A. Francana's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Calistrat Mihalcea was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. Armandinho Vergílio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. João Adolfo Leite hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. Válbson Soeiro's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Isac Drâmba read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 67th minute of play. 69 minutes into the match, Unicorns ™'s goal looked a bit too open when Válbson Soeiro came free, but Isac Drâmba reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. João Adolfo Leite scored 4-1 in the 73rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Isac Drâmba, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Unicorns ™'s Isac Drâmba played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by João Adolfo Leite in the 75th minute of play. When Válbson Loyola fell near the penalty area in the 83rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored A.A. Francana's protests and gave Válbson Loyola a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, A.A. Francana's Válbson Loyola got a free kick in the 83rd minute. If Petrică Ţirpescu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Tudor Bodea came up free with the goalie in the 90th minute, the Unicorns ™ fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tudor Bodea couldn't finish the play. João Adolfo Leite hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. In the 95th match minute, A.A. Francana was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cido Vinhas to maneuver through the defense. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. A.A. Francana fully deserved thier win.
