In the 4th match minute, MZ Wodzisław Śląski was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Wiktor Wieloch to maneuver through the defense. Örs Novák took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 5th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Benedykt Kiszkiel. MZ Wodzisław Śląski's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Benedykt Kiszkiel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ede Edelényi, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. Bendegúz Ördög's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Benedykt Kiszkiel firmly grabbed it by the left post. A collision led to Nimród Vére getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Ede Edelényi hit a great ball. Tytus Niemoj struck a weak shot in the 18th minute. Krisztián Sydbøge didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for MZ Wodzisław Śląski. In the 21st minute Czeslaw Skaradoski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Krisztián Sydbøge saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Krisztián Sydbøge made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Czeslaw Skaradoski in the 23rd minute of play. Krisztián Sydbøge took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Radomir Wlodyga, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Benedykt Kiszkiel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ede Edelényi, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. After 31 minutes, Vince Bártfai mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Nimród Vére and the MZ Wodzisław Śląski players grew even worse after the yellow card. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tytus Niemoj in the 34th minute of play forced Nimród Vére's goalkeeper Krisztián Sydbøge to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Bendegúz Ördög had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 37 minutes into the game, Wiktor Wieloch was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. MZ Wodzisław Śląski's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Nimród Vére the free kick. After 37 played minutes MZ Wodzisław Śląski got a freekick which was hit by Wiktor Wieloch. In the 38th minute, Örs Novák sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and MZ Wodzisław Śląski's Benedykt Kiszkiel didn't even have to move. In the 43rd minute, Adam Radziszewski got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ede Edelényi to strike the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Nimród Vére booed when MZ Wodzisław Śląski was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Czeslaw Skaradoski didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 57th minute, Bendegúz Ördög ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Benedykt Kiszkiel was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. 60 minutes into the match, MZ Wodzisław Śląski's goal looked a bit too open when Bendegúz Ördög came free, but Benedykt Kiszkiel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Elemér Dragóner charged in rather forcefully in the 77th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Elemér Dragóner the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 77th minute, Elemér Dragóner hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. MZ Wodzisław Śląski's Jan Domalik couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 78th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Nimród Vére. MZ Wodzisław Śląski's Benedykt Kiszkiel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bendegúz Ördög in the 83rd minute of play. Benedykt Kiszkiel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ede Edelényi in the 86th minute of the match. Santo Berasko hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. Benedykt Kiszkiel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ede Edelényi, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute.
