The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After a rather tough play, Αστέρας Δερβενίου's Fivos Diamantopoulos got a free kick in the 5th minute. After having played for 6 minutes, Dušan Vlahović managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. KaoS Futbol Club's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dušan Vlahović was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Periklis Theofilou was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Simon Koldobika showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 18 minute of play. Carlos Tevez recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 20th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Simon Koldobika sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Periklis Theofilou showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dušan Vlahović, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. Periklis Theofilou didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Dušan Vlahović went, in the 27th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. Lakis Kozapalidis hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 32nd minute, Dušan Vlahović managed to get in a good position for a shot. KaoS Futbol Club's supporters rose to their feet, but Dušan Vlahović was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Periklis Theofilou breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 36 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when KaoS Futbol Club's Agustín Preciado fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. When Lisandro Bastiaro came up free with the goalie in the 38th minute, the KaoS Futbol Club fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lisandro Bastiaro couldn't finish the play. 40 minutes into the match, Simon Koldobika had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Periklis Theofilou. Αστέρας Δερβενίου's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Simon Koldobika was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. Lisandro Bastiaro could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 43rd minute of the match, but Periklis Theofilou made a huge save. Omar Gagriel charged in rather forcefully in the 47th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Omar Gagriel the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to KaoS Futbol Club getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Omar Gagriel hit a great ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Simon Koldobika to make the kick off. After 52 minutes of play, KaoS Futbol Club's Simon Koldobika made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Periklis Theofilou was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 57th play minutes Simon Koldobika shot 5-0, a short shot which went by Periklis Theofilou and just under the crossbar into goal. After some careless play in the Αστέρας Δερβενίου defense, Dušan Vlahović kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Periklis Theofilou. The Αστέρας Δερβενίου fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Periklis Theofilou should have stopped the shot. After a rather tough play, Αστέρας Δερβενίου's Koulis Rapanos got a free kick in the 63rd minute. 65 minutes into the game, Dušan Vlahović cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 7-0. Periklis Theofilou was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The audience thought a goal was coming when Viktoras Kleftokotakis got free with Modesto Sal in the 68th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Periklis Theofilou didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Lisandro Bastiaro went, in the 70th minute, to the upper right corner, 8-0 was the resulting score. The KaoS Futbol Club fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 11-0. 88 minutes into the game, KaoS Futbol Club's Dušan Vlahović nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Periklis Theofilou made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 12-0. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Simon Koldobika in the 91st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Periklis Theofilou prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a rather tough play, KaoS Futbol Club's Simon Koldobika got a free kick in the 93rd minute. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. KaoS Futbol Club had played much better football throughout.
