Saip Tecmil made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Christian Izquierdo in the 21st minute of play. 23 minutes into the game, Sebastián Izquierdo recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Saip Tecmil. Sebastián Izquierdo showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 4-0. Saip Tecmil made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Isaac Perrando in the 28th minute of play. Saip Tecmil was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Sebastián Izquierdo showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 5-0 in the 29 minute of play. The Martin Palermo F.C. fans' excitement grew in the 32nd match minute when Martin Palermo F.C.'s Sebastián Izquierdo looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. Benicio Izquierdo who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 41stth minute tested the skills of Saip Tecmil when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 42 minutes into the game, Martin Palermo F.C.'s Dario Cordarrol nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Saip Tecmil made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 8-0. When Arif Buğra Yalkın came up free with the goalie in the 46th minute, the BAŞBUĞ fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Arif Buğra Yalkın couldn't finish the play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 8-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Sebastián Izquierdo made a kick off. Saip Tecmil showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Christian Izquierdo, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. When Arif Buğra Yalkın fell near the penalty area in the 53rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored BAŞBUĞ's protests and gave Arif Buğra Yalkın a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to BAŞBUĞ getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Martin Palermo F.C. had played much better football throughout.
