Edgar Dankowski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Andres Stevenson in the 18th minute of the match. Wisła Kraków's Edgar Dankowski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Andres Stevenson in the 21st minute of play. Boroondara Milan's Jacobs Fazey played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wit Dubilas in the 23rd minute of play. Jacobs Fazey made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wit Dubilas in the 25th minute of play. Damazy Nocny hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. It was beautiful to see Boroondara Milan's Raymond Schonke in action when he in the 43rd minute dribbled his way through a couple of opponents and the fired away a shot from almost standing still. First the ball seemed to get in, but turned out to be on the outside of the net. A great chance! Damazy Nocny kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Andres Stevenson during the 47th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 47 played minutes Boroondara Milan got a freekick which was hit by Andres Stevenson. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Andres Stevenson made a kick off. In the 52nd minute, Andres Stevenson left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Boroondara Milan fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1.
