Adrian Springfält took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cafu Silveira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thomás Souto kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. Dorival Linhares made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Isak Qvarnström in the 9th minute of play. Tim Hellbom charged in rather forcefully in the 10th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Tim Hellbom the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Tim Hellbom hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. Adrian Springfält was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 11th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Wiliam Pombal. In the 14th minute, PIRATAS TFP's Cafu Silveira ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Adrian Springfält. Adrian Springfält yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Urban Rudberg in the 17th minute of play forced PIRATAS TFP's goalkeeper Dorival Linhares to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dorival Linhares showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Urban Rudberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. In the 23rd minute Isak Qvarnström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dorival Linhares saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 32 minutes, Cafu Silveira mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the PIRATAS TFP and the SJÖARED players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 32nd match minute, PIRATAS TFP was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cafu Silveira to maneuver through the defense. Urban Rudberg took the ball and in the 33 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dorival Linhares. Dorival Linhares dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. 40 minutes into the game, SJÖARED's Isak Qvarnström nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Dorival Linhares made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. After the first half SJÖARED were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Isak Qvarnström made the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, PIRATAS TFP's goalkeeper Dorival Linhares had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Urban Rudberg. Adrian Springfält showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cafu Silveira, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. In the 56th match minute, PIRATAS TFP was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Thomás Souto to maneuver through the defense. SJÖARED made a substitution. Peder Nyqvist replaced Roger Bålström. SJÖARED's Dan Finnman was substituted for Tim Hellbom. A collision led to PIRATAS TFP getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Thomás Souto hit a great ball. In the 60th minute Cafu Silveira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Adrian Springfält saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. PIRATAS TFP's Dorival Linhares played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Helge Gustafsson in the 61st minute of play. SJÖARED's Peder Nyqvist managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Natanael Rocha in the 87 minute of the game. Flavinho do Valle kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, PIRATAS TFP's Flavinho do Valle got a free kick in the 89th minute. In the 91st minute of the match SJÖARED got a corner. PIRATAS TFP's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Erland Martinsson ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led SJÖARED's Erland Martinsson to fire away a dangerous shot which Dorival Linhares despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. The PIRATAS TFP fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. SJÖARED were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
