Sylwester Merski charged in rather forcefully in the 14th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Sylwester Merski the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Granadero10 booed when Olimpia HSB was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sylwester Merski didn't get a good kick on the ball. Borys Mentus made a fantastic save in the 21st minute, when Inácio Barbosa sent off a good shot on target. Borys Mentus showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gugu Travassos, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Borys Mentus showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Olimpia HSB's Borys Mentus played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gugu Travassos in the 44th minute of play. A collision led to Olimpia HSB getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. One couldn't see Hermínio Ferreira behind all of his teammates who surrounded to congratulate him. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ksawery Wozniak to make the kick off. In the 54th minute Ksawery Wozniak shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sydney Barros saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 55 played minutes Granadero10 got a freekick which was hit by Gugu Travassos. A collision led to Granadero10 getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Inácio Barbosa hit a great ball. Granadero10 were awarded a corner in the 60th minute after Olimpia HSB's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Hermínio Ferreira took the corner. Willian Neves succeeded in the game's 61st minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 5-0. Olimpia HSB's Marek Sitko was substituted for Mieszko Mocko. In the 69th minute of the match, Ksawery Wozniak tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Sydney Barros saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 72nd minute Zbigniew Galagan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sydney Barros saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Arkadiusz Czajkowski stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Sydney Barros. 5-1. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Granadero10 fans cheered their team off the field, for while Olimpia HSB had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
