Spectators: 184 (Terracing: 139, Seating: 42, VIP seats: 3) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Kent Gunnarsson kicked off to start the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Frans Hedling in the 3rd minute of play forced FC Vershina ESPN's goalkeeper Artem Gordya to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Volodymyr Ovcharenko in the 4th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Khodadad Khan saved Terra Scaniae from getting behind. FC Vershina ESPN were awarded a corner in the 5th minute after Terra Scaniae's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Marko Lyubarskyi took the corner. In the 8th match minute, FC Vershina ESPN was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Olexiy Bykaniv to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Terra Scaniae's zone, Anton Pavlenko stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Khodadad Khan came out of the goal and Anton Pavlenko tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Frans Hedling charged in rather forcefully in the 13th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Frans Hedling the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Artem Gordya came out of the goal in the 24th minute to try and stop a shot by Terra Scaniae's Oscar Näfver. But to his dismay, Oscar Näfver quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. During the 26th minute of the match Frans Hedling completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Frans Hedling a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. In the 28th minute, Marko Lyubarskyi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 30 minutes into the game, FC Vershina ESPN's Anton Pavlenko nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Khodadad Khan made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 33rd minute, Oscar Näfver managed to get in a good position for a shot. Terra Scaniae's supporters rose to their feet, but Oscar Näfver was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Artem Gordya breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After having played for 35 minutes, Volodymyr Ovcharenko managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Vershina ESPN's supporters crossed their fingers, but Volodymyr Ovcharenko was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. FC Vershina ESPN's Kyrylo Krohmal got a good chance for a goal in the 37th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 38 minutes into the match, FC Vershina ESPN's Volodymyr Ovcharenko sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Khodadad Khan narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Olexiy Bykaniv could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 41st minute of the match, but Khodadad Khan made a huge save. Terra Scaniae's Khodadad Khan proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 41st minute of the match, managed to save Terra Scaniae from getting a goal against them. 43 minutes into the match, Terra Scaniae's Oscar Näfver sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Artem Gordya narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Khodadad Khan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Volodymyr Ovcharenko, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. After some careless play in the Terra Scaniae defense, Olexiy Bykaniv kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Khodadad Khan. The Terra Scaniae fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Khodadad Khan should have stopped the shot. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Volodymyr Ovcharenko was the one to do the kick off. FC Vershina ESPN's Olexiy Bykaniv suffered a concussion in the 56th minute, after a hard challenge, and had to leave the field. After 56 minutes, Joacim Wennerqvist mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Terra Scaniae and the FC Vershina ESPN players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of FC Vershina ESPN booed when Terra Scaniae was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Joacim Wennerqvist didn't get a good kick on the ball. It was beautiful to see FC Vershina ESPN's Anatoliy Konyushenko in action when he in the 58th minute dribbled his way through a couple of opponents and the fired away a shot from almost standing still. First the ball seemed to get in, but turned out to be on the outside of the net. A great chance! Volodymyr Ovcharenko took the ball and in the 65 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Khodadad Khan. Khodadad Khan dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-1. Khodadad Khan stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Volodymyr Ovcharenko's shot from short distance in the 68th minute. Kent Gunnarsson hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. Oscar Näfver fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Artem Gordya having to interfere. 78 minutes into the match, Terra Scaniae's goal looked a bit too open when Anatoliy Mintenko came free, but Khodadad Khan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Olle Jonsson fell near the penalty area in the 81st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Terra Scaniae's protests and gave Olle Jonsson a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Terra Scaniae's Olle Jonsson got a free kick in the 81st minute. In the 82nd minute, Volodymyr Ovcharenko got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 89 minutes of play, FC Vershina ESPN's Volodymyr Ovcharenko made it 7-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Khodadad Khan was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 92nd minute, Anatoliy Mintenko ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Khodadad Khan was frozen by the shot and now it was 8-1. Khodadad Khan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kyrylo Krohmal in the 96th minute of play. With a little luck, FC Vershina ESPN's Artem Gordya got control of the ball when Anders Lingren tried to sneak it across the goal line. There was no doubt that FC Vershina ESPN were the better team. FC Vershina ESPN's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
