Rodolfo Parrini made a great header on ☣ⓇⓄⒸⓀⒺⓉ   -⃝ⓅⓄⓌⒺⓇ☣'s corner, it was just that ♏ⒶⓃⒶⓈⓉⒶⓈⒾ Ⓕ.Ⓒ♏'s Eugenios Katzelis managed to reach the ball for a save. ♏ⒶⓃⒶⓈⓉⒶⓈⒾ Ⓕ.Ⓒ♏'s Eugenios Katzelis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcelo Salas in the 5th minute of play. In the 6th play minute Marcelo Salas came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Eugenios Katzelis. 1-0. In the 12th minute, ☣ⓇⓄⒸⓀⒺⓉ   -⃝ⓅⓄⓌⒺⓇ☣'s Marcelo Salas dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. ☣ⓇⓄⒸⓀⒺⓉ   -⃝ⓅⓄⓌⒺⓇ☣'s Clemente Savier played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Claudio Biaggio in the 18th minute of play. In the 22nd minute, ☣ⓇⓄⒸⓀⒺⓉ   -⃝ⓅⓄⓌⒺⓇ☣'s Marcelo Salas dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 5-0. Fotis Koliakis hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. The crowd rose to their feet as ☣ⓇⓄⒸⓀⒺⓉ   -⃝ⓅⓄⓌⒺⓇ☣'s Marcelo Salas slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Eugenios Katzelis. That made the score 6-0 after 26 minutes of play. The ☣ⓇⓄⒸⓀⒺⓉ   -⃝ⓅⓄⓌⒺⓇ☣ fans' excitement grew in the 30th match minute when ☣ⓇⓄⒸⓀⒺⓉ   -⃝ⓅⓄⓌⒺⓇ☣'s Marcelo Salas looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 7-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After a rather tough play, ♏ⒶⓃⒶⓈⓉⒶⓈⒾ Ⓕ.Ⓒ♏'s Claudio Biaggio got a free kick in the 34th minute. In the 37th minute, Marcelo Salas ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Eugenios Katzelis was frozen by the shot and now it was 8-0. In the 42nd minute Marcelo Salas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eugenios Katzelis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in ♏ⒶⓃⒶⓈⓉⒶⓈⒾ Ⓕ.Ⓒ♏'s zone, Marcelo Salas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eugenios Katzelis came out of the goal and Marcelo Salas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Marcelo Salas struck a weak shot in the 45th minute. Eugenios Katzelis didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for ☣ⓇⓄⒸⓀⒺⓉ   -⃝ⓅⓄⓌⒺⓇ☣.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Claudio Biaggio to strike the kick off in the second half. Marcelo Salas blasted a shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Eugenios Katzelis having to make a save. A collision led to ☣ⓇⓄⒸⓀⒺⓉ   -⃝ⓅⓄⓌⒺⓇ☣ getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Rodrigo Barrera hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcelo Salas in the 63rd minute of play forced ♏ⒶⓃⒶⓈⓉⒶⓈⒾ Ⓕ.Ⓒ♏'s goalkeeper Eugenios Katzelis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. ☣ⓇⓄⒸⓀⒺⓉ   -⃝ⓅⓄⓌⒺⓇ☣'s Marcelo Salas managed to work through ♏ⒶⓃⒶⓈⓉⒶⓈⒾ Ⓕ.Ⓒ♏'s defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Marcelo Salas dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. Marcelo Salas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 72nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 76thth minute of the game Cristopher Damian who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but ♏ⒶⓃⒶⓈⓉⒶⓈⒾ Ⓕ.Ⓒ♏'s Eugenios Katzelis was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 82nd minute, Marcelo Salas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Marcelo Salas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eugenios Katzelis having to interfere. Cristopher Damian took the ball and in the 85 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Eugenios Katzelis. Eugenios Katzelis dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 9-0. In the 87th minute, Ubarna Marcos left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The ☣ⓇⓄⒸⓀⒺⓉ   -⃝ⓅⓄⓌⒺⓇ☣ fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 10-0. Cristopher Damian sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 93rd minute, Fotis Koliakis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Eugenios Katzelis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marcelo Salas, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. ☣ⓇⓄⒸⓀⒺⓉ   -⃝ⓅⓄⓌⒺⓇ☣ had played much better football throughout.
