Melvin Passemard made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Cláudio Taffarel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Brian Seguela in the 10th minute of play. Cláudio Taffarel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Francis Brot, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. Melvin Passemard made an important save on a dangerous shot by Manuel Marchidan in the 12th minute. Brian Seguela recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 13th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When corsaire nantais's Mehdi Cuvillier in the 15th minute got a chance for a shot 15th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Racing Club【LBF】's goalie prevented a goal. If Severino Jatsu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Melvin Passemard was out of position in the 19 minute of play, and Severino Jatsu capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Severino Jatsu really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. In the 23rd minute Manuel Marchidan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Melvin Passemard saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cláudio Taffarel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Brian Seguela in the 24th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mehdi Cuvillier in the 25th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Cláudio Taffarel saved Racing Club【LBF】 from getting behind. 28 minutes into the match, corsaire nantais's goalkeeper Melvin Passemard had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Emanuel Obafuso. With a little luck, corsaire nantais's Melvin Passemard got control of the ball when Manuel Marchidan tried to sneak it across the goal line. Manuel Marchidan could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 32nd minute of the match, but Melvin Passemard made a huge save. In the 34th match minute, corsaire nantais was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Francis Brot to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Severino Jatsu in the 39th minute of play forced corsaire nantais's goalkeeper Melvin Passemard to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Manuel Marchidan's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Melvin Passemard was relentless in the 39th minute of the game. If Mehdi Cuvillier had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 46 played minutes corsaire nantais got a freekick which was hit by Francis Brot. corsaire nantais's Melvin Passemard played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Manuel Marchidan in the 47th minute of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The audience thought a goal was coming when Brian Seguela got free with Cláudio Taffarel in the 51st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Brian Seguela received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Cláudio Taffarel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Racing Club【LBF】 getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Alejo Galoer hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, corsaire nantais's Brian Seguela got a free kick in the 58th minute. After a rather tough play, corsaire nantais's Francis Brot got a free kick in the 66th minute. Lucho Gonzales kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. Emanuel Obafuso struck a weak shot in the 70th minute. Melvin Passemard didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Racing Club【LBF】. Severino Jatsu scored 3-0 in the 75th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Melvin Passemard, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The Racing Club【LBF】 fans' excitement grew in the 78th match minute when Racing Club【LBF】's Manuel Marchidan looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 4-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 81st minute Manuel Marchidan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Melvin Passemard saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 81 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when Racing Club【LBF】's Manuel Marchidan fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. Melvin Passemard made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Manuel Marchidan in the 85th minute of play. The supporters of corsaire nantais booed when Racing Club【LBF】 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alejo Galoer didn't get a good kick on the ball. Manuel Marchidan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Melvin Passemard tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the referee ended the match the Racing Club【LBF】 players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
