Muzaffer Sufi ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 26th minute, Litoral EC - CIMZ's Tales Leite seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Tales Leite the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Litoral EC - CIMZ protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Tales Leite had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. Tales Leite hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. Claudinei Esteves took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Özgür Akbora, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gold Raiders FC's Resul Yalın proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 33rd minute of the match, managed to save Gold Raiders FC from getting a goal against them. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Aírton Capixaba in the 36th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Resul Yalın saved Gold Raiders FC from getting behind. When Muzaffer Sufi came up free with the goalie in the 37th minute, the Gold Raiders FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Muzaffer Sufi couldn't finish the play. Edgard Vides came free with the goalkeeper in the 39th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Resul Yalın could save by the left post. Litoral EC - CIMZ were awarded a corner in the 40th minute after Gold Raiders FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Aírton Capixaba took the corner. The corner led to Litoral EC - CIMZ's Aírton Capixaba getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Litoral EC - CIMZ's Edgard Vides got a good chance for a goal in the 45th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 47th minute, Recai Özgen left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Gold Raiders FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Edgard Vides to make the kick off. Claudinei Esteves was a little too slow when Özgür Akbora got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 54th minute. The score was now 0-2. Muzaffer Sufi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 57th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Muzaffer Sufi came free with the goalkeeper in the 59th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Claudinei Esteves could save by the left post. Aírton Capixaba struck a weak shot in the 62nd minute. Resul Yalın didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Litoral EC - CIMZ. Litoral EC - CIMZ's Igor Berger was substituted for Aírton Capixaba. 67 minutes into the match, Edgard Vides notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Gold Raiders FC's Resul Yalın. Resul Yalın was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 71st minute, Edgard Vides made a precise shot to the right of Resul Yalın. Gold Raiders FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-2. Resul Yalın showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edgard Vides, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. Litoral EC - CIMZ's Edgard Vides got a good chance for a goal in the 81st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Gold Raiders FC's Resul Yalın played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edgard Vides in the 92nd minute of play. In the 94th minute, Edgard Vides got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Edgard Vides came up free with the goalie in the 96th minute, the Litoral EC - CIMZ fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Edgard Vides couldn't finish the play. Mehmet Özdilek hit a great freekick 97 minutes into the match. Gold Raiders FC succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Litoral EC - CIMZ had controlled the match.
