An unexpectedly hard shot by Robert Hurst in the 4th minute of play forced The Best Ones's goalkeeper Juarês Fantini to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Best Ones's Juarês Fantini played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Robert Hurst in the 6th minute of play. Verne Jewson kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. Juarês Fantini took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ash Woodhouse, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jerry Digby during the 22nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Rodrigo do Valle recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 23rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Wesley Maia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rupert Floyd having to interfere. Rupert Floyd made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Romeu Gaspar in the 26th minute of play. In the 27th minute, Antônio da Cunha hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 32 minutes into the match, Romeu Gaspar had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Rupert Floyd. Harlow AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Romeu Gaspar was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. 35 minutes into the match, The Best Ones's goal looked a bit too open when Robert Hurst came free, but Juarês Fantini reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Jerry Digby was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 45 minutes had been played. A collision led to Harlow AFC getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Jerry Digby hit a great ball.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Romeu Gaspar stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Wesley Maia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Rupert Floyd tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Juarês Fantini showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Verne Jewson in the 62nd minute of the match. 65 minutes into the match, Harlow AFC's goalkeeper Rupert Floyd had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Romeu Gaspar. In the last second Rupert Floyd throw himself and got hold of the ball when Romeu Gaspar in the 66thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. In the 67th match minute, Harlow AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bill Bayliff to maneuver through the defense. Rupert Floyd made an important save on a dangerous shot by Romeu Gaspar in the 69th minute. In the 72nd match minute, The Best Ones was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arnaldo Sarmento to maneuver through the defense. Verne Kearney's late challenge caught a The Best Ones's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Verne Kearney helped the player get up and apologised. The crowd rose to their feet as The Best Ones's Antônio da Cunha slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Rupert Floyd. That made the score 0-3 after 90 minutes of play. Rupert Floyd made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arnaldo Sarmento in the 93rd minute of play. Juarês Fantini made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bill Bayliff in the 95th minute of play. Harlow AFC were awarded a corner in the 96th minute after The Best Ones's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Damien Yorke took the corner.
