The supporters of AtletikEdirne booed when Aster Brasil Futebol Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Yuri Dias didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, AtletikEdirne's Ufuk Mutluer got a free kick in the 7th minute. Tao Jing Wei received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Petar Schmeichel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 12 minutes into the match, AtletikEdirne's goalkeeper Petar Schmeichel had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Yuri Dias. 14 minutes had been played when some careless play by AtletikEdirne's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Przemyslaw Rakoski was slow to take the kick. During this time Aster Brasil Futebol Club's players had a chance to rest. When Giovani Quintal came up free with the goalie in the 17th minute, the Aster Brasil Futebol Club fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Giovani Quintal couldn't finish the play. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Adilson Varela to make the kick off. Kiko Matos hit a great ball. After having played for 88 minutes, Ahmet Ceyhan Rikap managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. AtletikEdirne's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ahmet Ceyhan Rikap was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Tao Jing Wei kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. In the 95th minute, Kiko Matos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 96 minutes, Ufuk Mutluer managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. AtletikEdirne's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ufuk Mutluer was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The AtletikEdirne supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing AtletikEdirne would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
