Zsigmond Toldi started the match with the kick off. When Gerard Choo got free in front of the goal in the 7th minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Dávid Bakos was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Dávid Bakos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gerard Choo in the 10th minute of play. Dávid Bakos didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Amirul Hock went, in the 11th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Sarb Dhanabalan hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gerard Choo in the 15th minute of play forced Csabagyöngye's goalkeeper Dávid Bakos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 16 minutes of play, Oakham's Khairul Sarangapani made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Dávid Bakos was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 21st minute Khairul Sarangapani shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dávid Bakos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dávid Bakos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Khairul Sarangapani in the 23rd minute of play. In the 45th minute, Amirul Hock left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Oakham fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-5. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-5.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Amirul Hock made a kick off. Nándor Pécsi hit a great freekick 50 minutes into the match. Adam Hsi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Khairul Sarangapani in the 53rd minute of play forced Csabagyöngye's goalkeeper Dávid Bakos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 56th minute, András Fábián hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the match had gone on for 60 minutes, Khairul Sarangapani put it in 0-6 from a short distance just to the right of Dávid Bakos. Csabagyöngye's Dávid Bakos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Amirul Hock in the 63rd minute of play. After 66 minutes, Amirul Hock made it 0-7 with a short kick to the right side. Csabagyöngye's Dávid Bakos tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 70 minutes into the game, Oakham's Khairul Sarangapani nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Dávid Bakos made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-8. Csabagyöngye's Dávid Bakos proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 76th minute of the match, managed to save Csabagyöngye from getting a goal against them. The crowd rose to their feet as Amirul Hock kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Dávid Bakos. That made the score 0-9 in the 77 minute of play. 80 minutes into the match, Oakham's Gerard Choo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Dávid Bakos narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Dávid Bakos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Khairul Sarangapani in the 81st minute of the match. The Csabagyöngye fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dávid Bakos should have stopped the shot. Oakham played a much better game than Csabagyöngye and deserved their victory. The Csabagyöngye players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
