Miltos Kyriazis was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 10 minutes into the game, GREEN LIONS's Demis Laggizos nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Miltos Kyriazis made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. Demis Laggizos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 19 minutes into the match, Ignatios Papachronakis notched a goal, 0-5, to the right of AEK S.C's Miltos Kyriazis. Miltos Kyriazis was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Miltos Kyriazis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Demis Laggizos, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. Pantelis Chatzivelos hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in AEK S.C's zone, Filippos Kopelis stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Miltos Kyriazis came out of the goal and Filippos Kopelis tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the match clock showed 30 minutes, the score became 0-7 when Demis Laggizos sped through AEK S.C's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Miltos Kyriazis. Miltos Kyriazis came out of the goal in the 32nd minute to try and stop a shot by GREEN LIONS's Filippos Kopelis. But to his dismay, Filippos Kopelis quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-8. After a defensive mix-up in AEK S.C's zone, Ignatios Papachronakis stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Miltos Kyriazis came out of the goal and Ignatios Papachronakis tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Miltos Kyriazis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ignatios Papachronakis, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. After 41 minutes, Filippos Kopelis made it 0-9 with a short kick to the right side. AEK S.C's Miltos Kyriazis tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 45th minute Ignatios Papachronakis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Miltos Kyriazis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After the first half GREEN LIONS were leading 0-9. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Miltos Argyrakos was the one to do the kick off. Ignatios Papachronakis struck a weak shot in the 51st minute. Miltos Kyriazis didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for GREEN LIONS. 55 minutes in the game, Filippos Kopelis fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Miltos Kyriazis having to interfere. Ignatios Papachronakis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Filippos Kopelis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Miltos Kyriazis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Filippos Kopelis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 65 minutes into the match, Demis Laggizos notched a goal, 0-10, to the right of AEK S.C's Miltos Kyriazis. Miltos Kyriazis was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. AEK S.C's Miltos Kyriazis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Filippos Kopelis in the 70th minute of play. 71 minutes into the match, Demis Laggizos notched a goal, 0-11, to the right of AEK S.C's Miltos Kyriazis. Miltos Kyriazis was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 74 minutes into the match, AEK S.C's goal looked a bit too open when Demis Laggizos came free, but Miltos Kyriazis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When %teams%'s Ignatios Papachronakis was free in front of goal, he didn't hesitate to shoot 0-12 just inside the left pole, 75 minutes into the game. Miltos Kyriazis was annoyed at himself for letting in the shot. In the 79th minute Demis Laggizos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Miltos Kyriazis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Demis Laggizos did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 0-13 to the left of a surprised Miltos Kyriazis 81 minutes into the match. 84 minutes into the match, Filippos Kopelis had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Miltos Kyriazis. AEK S.C's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Filippos Kopelis was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-14. After some careless play in the AEK S.C defense, Ignatios Papachronakis kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Miltos Kyriazis. The AEK S.C fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Miltos Kyriazis should have stopped the shot. Miltos Kyriazis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ignatios Papachronakis in the 93rd minute of the match. Miltos Kyriazis made an important save on a dangerous shot by Demis Laggizos in the 97th minute. The AEK S.C fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. GREEN LIONS were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
