Spectators: 156 (Terracing: 117, Seating: 36, VIP seats: 3) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Isaac Marcones started the match with the kick off. If Jesus Napier had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 6th minute of the match, Ralf Leirup got a very nice opportunity to score, but Uriel Raymon was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. The Velez Sarsfield fans' excitement grew in the 9th match minute when Velez Sarsfield's Isaac Marcones looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Isaac Marcones sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Isaac Marcones in the 19th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ricard Ledoseray prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 24 minutes, Isaac Marcones made it 0-2 with a short kick to the right side. Victory F.C.'s Ricard Ledoseray tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After a rather tough play, Victory F.C.'s Haakon Bindsted got a free kick in the 26th minute. When Isaac Marcones came up free with the goalie in the 27th minute, the Velez Sarsfield fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Isaac Marcones couldn't finish the play. Albano Seber struck a weak shot in the 28th minute. Ricard Ledoseray didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Velez Sarsfield. Uriel Raymon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Haakon Bindsted in the 35th minute of the match. Richard Rodrigues hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. Nicky Bjerglind took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 42nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Uriel Raymon. Velez Sarsfield's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Ricard Ledoseray showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Albano Seber in the 45th minute of the match. After the first half Velez Sarsfield were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Haakon Bindsted made the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Velez Sarsfield booed when Victory F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 50 match minutes in a wonderful position. Owe Eugen didn't get a good kick on the ball. 51 minutes into the match, Velez Sarsfield's Richard Rodrigues broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Emilio Lizer made in the 54th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Victory F.C.'s Ralf Leirup. Isaac Marcones struck a weak shot in the 60th minute. Ricard Ledoseray didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Velez Sarsfield. Uriel Raymon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cornelius Risaa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Albano Seber during the 63rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Ricard Ledoseray showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Isaac Marcones, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. Isaac Marcones recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 71st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Victory F.C.'s Ricard Ledoseray played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Isaac Marcones in the 73rd minute of play. After a rather tough play, Velez Sarsfield's Richard Rodrigues got a free kick in the 76th minute. 79 minutes into the match, Victory F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Isaac Marcones came free, but Ricard Ledoseray reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 87th play minutes Isaac Marcones shot 0-4, a short shot which went by Ricard Ledoseray and just under the crossbar into goal. After 95 minutes, Ralf Leirup mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Victory F.C. and the Velez Sarsfield players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 95 played minutes Victory F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Ralf Leirup. The Velez Sarsfield players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
