Spectators: 187 (Terracing: 141, Seating: 43, VIP seats: 3) Southern Thrashers's Conner Mclatchey started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Eustaquio Palban in the 5th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Carman Jobson saved Southern Thrashers from getting behind. Prospero Aballe took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Conner Mclatchey, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Carman Jobson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anselmo Arnas in the 7th minute of the match. In the 12th minute Conner Mclatchey shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Prospero Aballe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anselmo Arnas in the 13th minute of play forced Southern Thrashers's goalkeeper Carman Jobson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Carman Jobson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Anselmo Arnas, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. Elliott Christian's late challenge caught a The Cavern Club's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Elliott Christian helped the player get up and apologised. After 16 played minutes Southern Thrashers got a freekick which was hit by Elliott Christian. After 20 minutes of play, The Cavern Club's Anselmo Arnas made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Carman Jobson was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 24 played minutes Southern Thrashers got a freekick which was hit by Conner Mclatchey. In the 25th minute, Marcial Baraquiel ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Carman Jobson was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. A collision led to Southern Thrashers getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Darin Biddell hit a great ball. Anselmo Arnas missed a clear chance of a goal when in the 32 minute of the game fired away a shot, but unfortunally the ball went out to the Carman Jobson right hand side. 34 minutes into the match, Southern Thrashers's goal looked a bit too open when Anselmo Arnas came free, but Carman Jobson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Feliciano Lluis kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. 37 minutes into the match, Southern Thrashers's goal looked a bit too open when Anselmo Arnas came free, but Carman Jobson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 39 minutes into the match, Anselmo Arnas notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Southern Thrashers's Carman Jobson. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Marcial Baraquiel to strike the kick off in the second half. Irwin Mcjunkins kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. In the 58th minute, Anselmo Arnas ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Carman Jobson was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-5. After a rather tough play, Southern Thrashers's Malcolm Mclatchey got a free kick in the 65th minute. If Luis Paz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 71 minutes into the match, Southern Thrashers's goalkeeper Carman Jobson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Anselmo Arnas. Carman Jobson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcial Baraquiel in the 73rd minute of play. A well-hit corner resulted in Luis Paz heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. With a little luck, Southern Thrashers's Carman Jobson got control of the ball when Luis Paz tried to sneak it across the goal line. The supporters of The Cavern Club booed when Southern Thrashers was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Darin Biddell didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Marcial Baraquiel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Carman Jobson made a fantastic save in the 80th minute, when Anselmo Arnas sent off a good shot on target. Luis Paz blasted a shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Carman Jobson having to make a save. In the 85th minute of the match The Cavern Club got a corner. Southern Thrashers's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Anselmo Arnas ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led to The Cavern Club's Fernan George getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. In the 92nd minute, The Cavern Club's Anselmo Arnas dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-7. A collision led to Southern Thrashers getting a freekick after 98 minutes play. Darin Biddell hit a great ball.
