Bayhan Kaim took the ball and in the 23 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ezra Griggs. Ezra Griggs dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. After 25 played minutes Slower Lower FC got a freekick which was hit by Seth Yeats. Jacob Scruggs sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Slower Lower FC booed when ZorlaGeldik was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Osman Nuri Haylaz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tarık Hacılar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jacob Scruggs, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. ZorlaGeldik's Tarık Hacılar proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 38th minute of the match, managed to save ZorlaGeldik from getting a goal against them. A collision led to Slower Lower FC getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Doug Geiger hit a great ball. 41 minutes into the match, Slower Lower FC's goal looked a bit too open when Osman Nuri Haylaz came free, but Ezra Griggs reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ezra Griggs showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Osman Nuri Haylaz in the 43rd minute of the match. After having played for 45 minutes, İslam Kutuner managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ZorlaGeldik's supporters crossed their fingers, but İslam Kutuner was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Slower Lower FC's Ezra Griggs played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nafiz Dikmen in the 48th minute of play. After the first half ZorlaGeldik were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Seth Yeats to make the kick off.
