The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Asgar Blennild showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Guaberto Lluc in the 4th minute of the match. A nice corner shot did that Alejandro Esquipula got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Asgar Blennild quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 21st minute of the match Los Hijos de Doña Beija got a corner. 3City United's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Domingo Salvidor ran over to the corner to take the kick. Wiktor Osowski's late challenge caught a Los Hijos de Doña Beija's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Wiktor Osowski helped the player get up and apologised. In the 24th minute, Wiktor Osowski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a left leg Asgar Blennild saved 3City United from getting behind. 3City United's Miroslaw Buda got a good chance for a goal in the 42nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 45th minute Los Hijos de Doña Beija were awarded a corner. Domingo Salvidor went to the cornerflag to take it. Domingo Salvidor made a great header on Los Hijos de Doña Beija's corner, it was just that 3City United's Asgar Blennild managed to reach the ball for a save. After having played for 47 minutes, Guaberto Lluc managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Los Hijos de Doña Beija's supporters crossed their fingers, but Guaberto Lluc was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The 3City United players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Los Hijos de Doña Beija were winning 0-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Miroslaw Buda was the one to do the kick off. Guaberto Lluc received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 51st minute. Asgar Blennild tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 56 minutes, Guaberto Lluc put it in 0-3 from a short distance just to the right of Asgar Blennild. Thanks to some nice moves Nestor Bernat could shoot a difficult shot in the 60th minute, which Asgar Blennild however easily saved by the left post. In the 61st minute Guaberto Lluc shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Asgar Blennild saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Los Hijos de Doña Beija's Guaberto Lluc got a good chance for a goal in the 66th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Asgar Blennild made a fantastic save in the 70th minute, when Nestor Bernat sent off a good shot on target. Nestor Bernat could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 72nd minute of the match, but Asgar Blennild made a huge save. In the 75th minute, Guaberto Lluc reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Asgar Blennild. The goal made the score 0-4. Los Hijos de Doña Beija's Mauricio Amato was substituted for Guaberto Lluc. The audience was convinced that Mauricio Amato's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Asgar Blennild was relentless in the 79th minute of the game. 3City United's Asgar Blennild proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 81st minute of the match, managed to save 3City United from getting a goal against them. Mauricio Amato fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Asgar Blennild having to interfere. 92 minutes in the game, Mauricio Amato fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Asgar Blennild having to interfere. The Los Hijos de Doña Beija players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
