Spectators: 165 (Terracing: 124, Seating: 38, VIP seats: 3) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Alfonso Damiani started the match with the kick off. In the 4th minute, Squadra de Pippe's Ferdinando Cusumano seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Ferdinando Cusumano the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Squadra de Pippe protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Ferdinando Cusumano had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. When Nando Furlan came up free with the goalie in the 5th minute, the Limeirinha FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nando Furlan couldn't finish the play. Andrea Cianci received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Ulysses Britto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 13th minute Adalberto Marinho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anthony Volpe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Juarês Veiga struck a weak shot in the 14th minute. Anthony Volpe didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Limeirinha FC. 19 minutes into the game, Cleiton Mesquita cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Anthony Volpe was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Ulysses Britto was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Andrea Cianci showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-1 in the 29 minute of play. 33 minutes into the match, Squadra de Pippe's goal looked a bit too open when Ismael de Sena came free, but Anthony Volpe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 34 minutes had been played when some careless play by Squadra de Pippe's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Nando Furlan was slow to take the kick. During this time Limeirinha FC's players had a chance to rest. 35 minutes into the game, Augusto Marini was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Squadra de Pippe's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Limeirinha FC the free kick. After a rather tough play, Squadra de Pippe's Augusto Marini got a free kick in the 35th minute. Ulysses Britto didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Andrea Cianci went, in the 39th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. After 44 played minutes Limeirinha FC got a freekick which was hit by Tomé Trevisan. Ulysses Britto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Domenico Barchiesi, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Adalberto Marinho stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Squadra de Pippe's Diego Coccia got a free kick in the 51st minute. 54 minutes into the game, Andrea Cianci cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Ulysses Britto was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Tomé Trevisan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Anthony Volpe tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Augusto Marini received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Michel Vargas kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 80th minute of the game. One of Squadra de Pippe:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Limeirinha FC:s goal. A collision led to Squadra de Pippe getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Alfonso Damiani hit a great ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Diego Coccia during the 96th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 96th minute, Diego Coccia hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Juarês Veiga in the 97th minute of play forced Squadra de Pippe's goalkeeper Anthony Volpe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the referee ended the match the Squadra de Pippe players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
