Halcones Azules's Karl-Oskar Odén played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Claudio Papetti in the 92nd minute of play. Fausto Salvino's late challenge caught a Fiume Veneto's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. One of Halcones Azules:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Fiume Veneto:s goal. The referee gave Fiume Veneto a penalty, 95 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Bernardo Moreschi, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Halcones Azules's Karl-Oskar Odén. 1-1. Halcones Azules were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
