Miraflores's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Juventus Telford the free kick. The supporters of Juventus Telford booed when Miraflores was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Erasmo Lertxun didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 3rd minute Daniel Crabtree shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leonardo Firmin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match clock showed 8 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Daniel Crabtree sped through Miraflores's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Leonardo Firmin. Alastair Wishart received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Leonardo Firmin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Geronimo Gonchan charged in rather forcefully in the 13th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Geronimo Gonchan the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Miraflores getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Geronimo Gonchan hit a great ball. 16 minutes into the game, Juventus Telford's Alastair Wishart nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Leonardo Firmin made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Alastair Wishart fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leonardo Firmin having to interfere. In the 23rd minute, Daniel Crabtree left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Juventus Telford fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. 26 minutes into the match, Miraflores's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Crabtree came free, but Leonardo Firmin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 27 minutes into the match, Juventus Telford's goal looked a bit too open when José Pedro Freitas came free, but Shane Brindley reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 28 minutes into the match, Geronimo Gonchan notched a goal, 1-3, to the right of Juventus Telford's Shane Brindley. Shane Brindley was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. With an all-out effort, Miraflores's Shane Brindley threw himself towards the right post 30 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Gervasio Maore, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Alastair Wishart fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leonardo Firmin having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Geronimo Gonchan in the 34th minute of play forced Juventus Telford's goalkeeper Shane Brindley to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Miraflores's Leonardo Firmin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Crabtree in the 36th minute of play. When José Pedro Freitas came up free with the goalie in the 41st minute, the Miraflores fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that José Pedro Freitas couldn't finish the play. In the 46th minute of the match, Elias Garin got a very nice opportunity to score, but Shane Brindley was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. If Daniel Crabtree had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Disappointed in the 1-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Leonardo Firmin made a fantastic save in the 53rd minute, when Daniel Crabtree sent off a good shot on target. If Alastair Wishart had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Geronimo Gonchan was shown his second yellow card after 55 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. After a rather tough play, Miraflores's Geronimo Gonchan got a free kick in the 55th minute. In the 59th minute of the match Juventus Telford got a corner. Miraflores's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Teddy Winter ran over to the corner to take the kick. In the 61st minute, Barney Garner hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Daniel Crabtree could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 72nd minute of the match, but Leonardo Firmin made a huge save. 79 minutes into the match, Miraflores's goalkeeper Leonardo Firmin had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Daniel Crabtree. Miraflores's Leonardo Firmin proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 81st minute of the match, managed to save Miraflores from getting a goal against them. 84 minutes into the match, Miraflores's goalkeeper Leonardo Firmin had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Daniel Crabtree. In the 85th match minute, Miraflores was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by José Pedro Freitas to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when Daniel Crabtree got free with Leonardo Firmin in the 88th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Leonardo Firmin came out of the goal in the 90th minute to try and stop a shot by Juventus Telford's Daniel Crabtree. But to his dismay, Daniel Crabtree quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-5. Teddy Winter made a great header on Juventus Telford's corner, it was just that Miraflores's Leonardo Firmin managed to reach the ball for a save. When the match was over Juventus Telford could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Miraflores throughout the match.
