In the 3rd match minute, Miraflores was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gervasio Maore to maneuver through the defense. Leonardo Firmin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Octavian Popescu in the 4th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Miraflores's Saul Elodio got a free kick in the 5th minute. 6 minutes into the match, Miraflores's goal looked a bit too open when Apostolis Polychronopoulos came free, but Leonardo Firmin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the Miraflores defense, Viorel Moldovan kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Leonardo Firmin. The Miraflores fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Leonardo Firmin should have stopped the shot. Elias Garin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpected shot in the 18th minute by José Pedro Freitas got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. In the 19th minute Viorel Moldovan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leonardo Firmin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 24 minutes into the match, Octavian Popescu notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Miraflores's Leonardo Firmin. Leonardo Firmin was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 29 minutes into the match, Viorel Moldovan had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Leonardo Firmin. Miraflores's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Viorel Moldovan was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-4. In the 32nd minute Akestes Bentihavas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leonardo Firmin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Leonardo Firmin didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Akestes Bentihavas went, in the 36th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-5 was the resulting score. Aiakos Karahalios's late challenge caught a Miraflores's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Aiakos Karahalios helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to FC NATIONAL getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Aiakos Karahalios hit a great ball. Elias Garin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bogdan Lobonț having to interfere. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-6 lead.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Elias Garin to strike the kick off in the second half. Bogdan Lobonț made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from José Pedro Freitas in the 52nd minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Paraskevas Sorin got free with Leonardo Firmin in the 54th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Iulian Miu lost his temper 55 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. After 55 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for FC NATIONAL! Leonardo Firmin made a fantastic save in the 58th minute, when Paraskevas Sorin sent off a good shot on target. With a little luck, Miraflores's Leonardo Firmin got control of the ball when Octavian Popescu tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 63rdth minute of the game Apostolis Polychronopoulos who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Miraflores's Leonardo Firmin was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Bogdan Lobonț showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from José Pedro Freitas, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. In the 69th minute, FC NATIONAL's Viorel Moldovan dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-7. In the 72nd play minute Octavian Popescu came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Leonardo Firmin. 0-8. Miraflores's Leonardo Firmin proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 76th minute of the match, managed to save Miraflores from getting a goal against them. 79 minutes into the match, FC NATIONAL's goal looked a bit too open when José Pedro Freitas came free, but Bogdan Lobonț reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Miraflores's defense didn't have a chance, in the 81st minute, when Apostolis Polychronopoulos scored to the left of an out of position Leonardo Firmin, making the score, 0-9. When the match had gone on for 85 minutes, Apostolis Polychronopoulos took a quick shot and it went in 0-10 without a chance for Leonardo Firmin to make any attempt to save it. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alpheios Koutsoubos got free with Leonardo Firmin in the 88th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Leonardo Firmin didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Octavian Popescu went, in the 90th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-11 was the resulting score. Octavian Popescu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 93rd minute of the match, but Leonardo Firmin made a huge save. 94 minutes into the match, Miraflores's goal looked a bit too open when Apostolis Polychronopoulos came free, but Leonardo Firmin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. FC NATIONAL's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
