After 30 played minutes FENERBAHÇE OSCAR got a freekick which was hit by İshak Tolun. Nicasio Vargas blasted a shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Duman Talayman having to make a save. Oğuzer Kandemir kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. Nicasio Vargas might have been able to make a better finish in the 38th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Duman Talayman. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Nicasio Vargas ran back to his position shaking his head. Duman Talayman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Carlos Saúl Menem, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 45thth minute of the game Nicasio Vargas who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FENERBAHÇE OSCAR's Duman Talayman was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Nicasio Vargas's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Duman Talayman read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 48th minute of play. The FENERBAHÇE OSCAR players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Papato Tatengue were winning 0-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Nicasio Vargas stepped up to make the kick off in the second half.
