After having played for 3 minutes, Patricio Aurre managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Montana's supporters crossed their fingers, but Patricio Aurre was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Los Espinillos FC's Zula Munko got a good chance for a goal in the 5th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A collision led to Los Espinillos FC getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Luis Orlondon hit a great ball. If Cazimir Encica had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Patricio Aurre sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Marcus Silva showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Patricio Aurre in the 10th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Zula Munko got free with Aydın Mehmet in the 11th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Patricio Aurre blasted a shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Marcus Silva having to make a save. Los Espinillos FC's Marcus Silva played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Patricio Aurre in the 17th minute of play. Marcus Silva took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Patricio Aurre, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of FC Montana booed when Los Espinillos FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zula Munko didn't get a good kick on the ball. Marcus Silva made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Patricio Aurre in the 23rd minute of play. 27 minutes into the match, Los Espinillos FC's goal looked a bit too open when Patricio Aurre came free, but Marcus Silva reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Patricio Aurre had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Marcus Silva showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Patricio Aurre, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. Patricio Aurre struck a weak shot in the 32nd minute. Marcus Silva didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Montana. 34 minutes into the match, FC Montana's goal looked a bit too open when Jimeno Gumaro came free, but Aydın Mehmet reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Los Espinillos FC getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Benedicto Ruy hit a great ball. In the 41st minute, Benedicto Ruy hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Los Espinillos FC's Marcus Silva played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Patricio Aurre in the 46th minute of play. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Zula Munko to strike the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, Patricio Aurre dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Marcus Silva, 0-1. Aydın Mehmet showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adolfo Tipi in the 59th minute of the match. Los Espinillos FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 60th minute, when Patricio Aurre scored to the left of an out of position Marcus Silva, making the score, 0-2. In the 80th minute Jimeno Gumaro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aydın Mehmet saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Los Espinillos FC were awarded a corner in the 81th minute after FC Montana's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Benedicto Ruy took the corner. Aydın Mehmet took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jimeno Gumaro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The crowd rose to their feet as FC Montana's Patricio Aurre slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Marcus Silva. That made the score 0-4 after 85 minutes of play. In the 88th minute, Patricio Aurre left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC Montana fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-5. In the 93rd minute, Donato Di Crescenzo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the final whistle went the supporters of FC Montana were delighted that their team had defeated the much more dominant Los Espinillos FC side.
