In the 19th minute, Henri-Xavier Sielis got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Deportivo G⦕⩙⦖'s Bengi Price played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Harrie De Metser in the 25th minute of play. Bengi Price made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Henri-Xavier Sielis in the 29th minute of play. Matty Tuerlinckx hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Andi Johnson in the 42nd minute of play forced Dalmore's goalkeeper Joseph De Coster to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After the first half Deportivo G⦕⩙⦖ were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Andi Johnson stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. If Harrie De Metser had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Henri-Xavier Sielis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bengi Price having to interfere. Raul Porfirio hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. Bengi Price made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Matty Tuerlinckx in the 79th minute of play. A collision led to Deportivo G⦕⩙⦖ getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Andi Johnson hit a great ball. In the 84th minute, Kazuo Koriotto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Henri-Xavier Sielis struck a weak shot in the 86th minute. Bengi Price didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Dalmore. Dalmore's Jean-Louis De Loose got a good chance for a goal in the 89th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Masao Koriotto during the 90th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Masao Koriotto hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Deportivo G⦕⩙⦖ eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
