After 11 played minutes North Pole Kickers got a freekick which was hit by Iwo Jaszyna. In the 13th minute Cristian Ronaldo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Egil Åkerman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dráusio Pitta made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lucas Backman in the 14th minute. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. North Pole Kickers's Egil Åkerman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eliézer Dante in the 30th minute of play. In the 31stth minute of the game Lucas Backman who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Pégasus F. C.'s Dráusio Pitta was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Egil Åkerman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eliézer Dante, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Edwin Nyberg fell near the penalty area in the 36th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored North Pole Kickers's protests and gave Edwin Nyberg a yellow card for diving instead. Edwin Nyberg hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. North Pole Kickers's Egil Åkerman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eliézer Dante in the 37th minute of play. Lucas Backman blasted a shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Dráusio Pitta having to make a save. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Cristian Ronaldo to strike the kick off in the second half. After 61 played minutes North Pole Kickers got a freekick which was hit by Valdemar Tomasson. After a rather tough play, North Pole Kickers's Valdemar Tomasson got a free kick in the 63rd minute. Lucas Backman might have been able to make a better finish in the 80th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Dráusio Pitta. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Lucas Backman ran back to his position shaking his head. Egil Åkerman was out of position in the 85 minute of play, and Samuca Tepedino capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Samuca Tepedino really showed his touch with that goal: 1-1. Vitinho das Neves charged in rather forcefully in the 87th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Vitinho das Neves the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Pégasus F. C. getting a freekick after 87 minutes play.
