The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Edgar Barends kicked well hit freekick during the 2nd minute of the match. The supporters of Dukaton f.c. booed when Real Marabino was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luis-Carlos Gay didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jelle Wikenburg stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Lucio Oquendo's shot from short distance in the 11th minute. In the 11thth minute of the game Lucio Oquendo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Dukaton f.c.'s Jelle Wikenburg was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Jelle Wikenburg was out of position in the 17 minute of play, and Julian Castañares capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Julian Castañares really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. Julian Castañares fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jelle Wikenburg having to interfere. Dukaton f.c.'s Jelle Wikenburg proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 21st minute of the match, managed to save Dukaton f.c. from getting a goal against them. Jelle Wikenburg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lucio Oquendo in the 24th minute of play. In the 24th minute Lucio Oquendo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jelle Wikenburg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Coos van Ankeren in the 30th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Josue Barro prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Josue Barro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Steve Hilhorst, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Steve Hilhorst in the 36th minute of play forced Real Marabino's goalkeeper Josue Barro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Real Marabino booed when Dukaton f.c. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Coos van Ankeren didn't get a good kick on the ball. Lucio Oquendo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 38th minute of the match, but Jelle Wikenburg made a huge save. In the 43rd minute Julian Castañares shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jelle Wikenburg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Josue Barro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Coos van Ankeren in the 44th minute of the match. In the 46th match minute, Dukaton f.c. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Svetlozar Chukovski to maneuver through the defense. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Coos van Ankeren to make the kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Steve Hilhorst got free with Josue Barro in the 51st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling 魏竞博 in the 52nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. After some careless play in the Dukaton f.c. defense, 魏竞博 kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jelle Wikenburg. The Dukaton f.c. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jelle Wikenburg should have stopped the shot. 63 minutes into the game, Real Marabino's 魏竞博 nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jelle Wikenburg made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. Amilcar Gomez hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. Real Marabino's Timeteo Aguirol was substituted for Luis-Carlos Gay. Real Marabino's Louis Pasteur was substituted for Lucio Oquendo. In the 67th match minute, Real Marabino was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Amilcar Gomez to maneuver through the defense. 69 minutes into the match, Dukaton f.c.'s goal looked a bit too open when Amilcar Gomez came free, but Jelle Wikenburg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jelle Wikenburg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from 魏竞博 in the 70th minute of the match. Jelle Wikenburg was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. For all the effort they put into the match, the Dukaton f.c. players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Real Marabino.
