With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tadeusz Pionek in the 15th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Vidar Ekblom saved Nolmyra FC from getting behind. If Tadeusz Pionek had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 21 minutes into the match, Nolmyra FC's goal looked a bit too open when Tadeusz Pionek came free, but Vidar Ekblom reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 29th minute, Tadeusz Pionek left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Powiśle Warszawa fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. When Powiśle Warszawa's Tadeusz Pionek in the 32nd minute got a chance for a shot 32nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Vidar Ekblom didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Tadeusz Pionek went, in the 41st minute, to the upper right corner, 0-5 was the resulting score. Tadeusz Pionek struck a weak shot in the 47th minute. Vidar Ekblom didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Powiśle Warszawa. Powiśle Warszawa made a substitution. Abay Uygun replaced Maciek Majewski. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-5 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Tadeusz Pionek to make the kick off. Radomir Lato kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. The supporters of Nolmyra FC booed when Powiśle Warszawa was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Boguslaw Jucha showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gustaf Abrahamsson in the 83rd minute of the match. In the 85th minute Abay Uygun shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vidar Ekblom saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience was convinced that Piotr Majewski's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Vidar Ekblom was relentless in the 87th minute of the game. 88 minutes into the match, Nolmyra FC's goal looked a bit too open when Abay Uygun came free, but Vidar Ekblom reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
