Jonas Birila showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristiano Senna, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Enio Mangueira got free with Jonas Birila in the 22nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ψ virgen Ψ's Jonas Birila played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristiano Senna in the 24th minute of play. When Cristiano Senna came up free with the goalie in the 34th minute, the Jardim América FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cristiano Senna couldn't finish the play. After 37 minutes of play, Jardim América FC's Enio Mangueira made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jonas Birila was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 41stth minute of the game Enio Mangueira who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ψ virgen Ψ's Jonas Birila was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 42 minutes into the match, Ψ virgen Ψ's goal looked a bit too open when Enio Mangueira came free, but Jonas Birila reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Luan Ramos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Victorino Diaz in the 44th minute of play. Cristiano Senna struck a weak shot in the 47th minute. Jonas Birila didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Jardim América FC. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Cristiano Senna made a kick off. When Marcel Gonçalves fell near the penalty area in the 56th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Jardim América FC's protests and gave Marcel Gonçalves a yellow card for diving instead. After 56 played minutes Jardim América FC got a freekick which was hit by Marcel Gonçalves. After some fancy dribbling in the 58th minute, Pablo Sayvion managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ψ virgen Ψ's supporters rose to their feet, but Pablo Sayvion was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Luan Ramos breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ψ virgen Ψ's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Enio Mangueira was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-3. 93 minutes into the match, Ψ virgen Ψ's goal looked a bit too open when Enio Mangueira came free, but Jonas Birila reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
