The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Bortzaioriz Cervantes during the 3rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 3rd match minute, Resistencia Tayrona FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bortzaioriz Cervantes to maneuver through the defense. Enrique Caldero showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Saul Fonso in the 5th minute of the match. Taurino Hernaiz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 9thth minute of the game Taurino Hernaiz who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but TALLERES's Mario Cuenca was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. A hard shot 10 in the game by Taurino Hernaiz from a close distance when the talented Mario Cuenca managed to make a qualified save. TALLERES's players were relieved. TALLERES's Mario Cuenca played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Taurino Hernaiz in the 15th minute of play. In the 22nd minute, Nunez Urdaspal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mario Cuenca made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Inguma Espejo in the 25th minute of play. If Zernin Losa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mario Cuenca stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Taurino Hernaiz's shot from short distance in the 30th minute. After a rather tough play, TALLERES's Nicanor Osorio got a free kick in the 33rd minute. After 37 played minutes TALLERES got a freekick which was hit by Alonzo Daunte. 39 minutes into the match, TALLERES's goal looked a bit too open when Refugio Izaga came free, but Mario Cuenca reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match had gone on for 43 minutes, Taurino Hernaiz took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Mario Cuenca to make any attempt to save it. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Taurino Hernaiz in the 47th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mario Cuenca prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the match had gone on for 52 minutes, Taurino Hernaiz put it in 2-0 from a short distance just to the right of Mario Cuenca. If Taurino Hernaiz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Resistencia Tayrona FC's Saverio Astete was substituted for Taurino Hernaiz. Clemente Reynardo hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. Mario Cuenca made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zernin Losa in the 62nd minute of play. Mario Cuenca took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Saverio Astete, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mario Cuenca stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Saverio Astete's shot from short distance in the 66th minute. After a rather tough play, TALLERES's Nunez Urdaspal got a free kick in the 67th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Saverio Astete in the 69th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mario Cuenca prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Saverio Astete recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 72nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Resistencia Tayrona FC's Navarro Escalona was substituted for Saverio Astete. Refugio Izaga sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mario Cuenca made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Inguma Espejo in the 77th minute of play. Mario Cuenca showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Inguma Espejo in the 78th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Navarro Escalona in the 79th minute of play forced TALLERES's goalkeeper Mario Cuenca to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Arsenio Castel fell near the penalty area in the 79th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored TALLERES's protests and gave Arsenio Castel a yellow card for diving instead. In the 79th minute, Arsenio Castel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Resistencia Tayrona FC's Demesio Reganado was substituted for Adriano Samperio. After 80 played minutes TALLERES got a freekick which was hit by Arsenio Castel. When Resistencia Tayrona FC's Navarro Escalona in the 81st minute got a chance for a shot 81st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye TALLERES's goalie prevented a goal. In the 84th minute, Nestor Fonso got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Arsenio Castel hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. Mario Cuenca stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Navarro Escalona's shot from short distance in the 88th minute. The Resistencia Tayrona FC fans' excitement grew in the 90th match minute when Resistencia Tayrona FC's Navarro Escalona looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 94th minute, Navarro Escalona left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Resistencia Tayrona FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. Resistencia Tayrona FC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
