Alisson Becker was left in no man's land by his defense there! Arí Torres sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 32 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Marquês de Herval! Oscar Freire had in the 34thth minute some difficulties stopping Jonas Machado's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Marquês de Herval's Oscar Freire played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jonas Machado in the 36th minute of play. A collision led to Marquês de Herval getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Luís Fabiano Clemente hit a great ball. Alisson Becker took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luís Fabiano Clemente, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Vinny Junior made a kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 56th minute, Arí Torres managed to get in a good position for a shot. Marquês de Herval's supporters rose to their feet, but Arí Torres was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alisson Becker breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Jonas Machado's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 60thth minute, Oscar Freire skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Luís Domingues's late challenge caught a Marquês de Herval's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. After a defensive mix-up in Los Andes FC - FSCMZ's zone, Vinny Junior stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. An unexpectedly hard shot by Igor Guedes in the 71st minute of play forced Los Andes FC - FSCMZ's goalkeeper Alisson Becker to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Marquês de Herval fully deserved thier win.
