KS Ruch Chorzów's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Pablo Felip was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. ATHLETICO PRaiano's attentive Benê Brasil managed to snatch the ball when Karol Kornatowski made a throw-in in the 39th minute of the game. In the 43rd match minute, KS Ruch Chorzów was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Artur Dynda to maneuver through the defense. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

ATHLETICO PRaiano made a substitution. José Paulo Almeida replaced Jano França. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Cyprian Grajewski made a kick off. 60 minutes into the match, ATHLETICO PRaiano's goalkeeper Micael Moreira had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cyprian Grajewski. In the 75thth minute of the game Pablo Felip who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but KS Ruch Chorzów's Barnaba Nieuzyla was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 79 minutes into the match, KS Ruch Chorzów's goal looked a bit too open when Pablo Felip came free, but Barnaba Nieuzyla reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 95 minutes in the game Wit Dziewedik did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Rafal Poniewaz. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The ATHLETICO PRaiano fans cheered their team off the field, for while KS Ruch Chorzów had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
