In the 3rd match minute, Malmö White Knights was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Håkan Hedman to maneuver through the defense. Eddie Gallin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Boguslaw Bartochowski in the 7th minute of play. Jerzy Gonsiewski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 10th minute Jerzy Gonsiewski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eddie Gallin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bialski Bastion Legii were awarded a corner in the 13th minute after Malmö White Knights's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Marek Malik took the corner. Bialski Bastion Legii's Marek Malik was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Eddie Gallin in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Eddie Gallin stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Zbigniew Domalik's shot from short distance in the 14th minute. Walery Bartelak showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marc Skräddare in the 16th minute of the match. 21 minutes into the game, Matthias Forssberg was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Malmö White Knights's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Bialski Bastion Legii the free kick. Matthias Forssberg hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. After 25 minutes of play, Bialski Bastion Legii's Zbigniew Domalik made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Eddie Gallin was left in no man's land by his defense there! Malmö White Knights's Eddie Gallin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Boguslaw Bartochowski in the 34th minute of play. In the 35th minute Marc Skräddare shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Walery Bartelak saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Eddie Gallin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Boguslaw Bartochowski in the 42nd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Boguslaw Bartochowski in the 44th minute of play forced Malmö White Knights's goalkeeper Eddie Gallin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 45 played minutes Malmö White Knights got a freekick which was hit by Håkan Hedman. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

In the 53rd minute, Boguslaw Bartochowski ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Eddie Gallin was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Malmö White Knights's Eddie Gallin proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 60th minute of the match, managed to save Malmö White Knights from getting a goal against them. The supporters of Bialski Bastion Legii booed when Malmö White Knights was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Håkan Hedman didn't get a good kick on the ball. Boguslaw Bartochowski did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 0-3 to the left of a surprised Eddie Gallin 67 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 70th minute, Milosz Starogardzki managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bialski Bastion Legii's supporters rose to their feet, but Milosz Starogardzki was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Eddie Gallin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Zbigniew Domalik could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 77th minute of the match, but Eddie Gallin made a huge save. A collision led to Malmö White Knights getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Marc Skräddare hit a great ball. When Milosz Starogardzki came up free with the goalie in the 80th minute, the Bialski Bastion Legii fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Milosz Starogardzki couldn't finish the play. In the 87th minute of the match Bialski Bastion Legii got a corner. Malmö White Knights's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Marek Malik ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on Bialski Bastion Legii's corner Marek Malik fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Eddie Gallin quite easily take care of the ball. Zbigniew Domalik sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
