After 15 minutes of play, Örebro FF's Lemi Çağa made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Cornelio Asteri was left in no man's land by his defense there! With a couple of smart ball manuevers Hector Terciero in the 18th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ivan Turina saved Örebro FF from getting behind. Örebro FF's Enes Akdoğan managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Joel Erramu in the 30 minute of the game. In the 34th minute of the match, Hector Terciero tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Ivan Turina saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Ivan Turina didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ladislao Elodio went, in the 37th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hector Terciero in the 41st minute of play forced Örebro FF's goalkeeper Ivan Turina to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Gaafar Jesus came up free with the goalie in the 43rd minute, the Örebro FF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gaafar Jesus couldn't finish the play.
